Individual, couples, family, and group counseling for children, teens, and adults. Short term sessions and long term psychotherapy. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and as-needed visits. We also provide referrals to community agencies to support client needs.

Working with students and adults to determine skills, values, and career related interest with a variety of career assessments. Career coaching, mock interviewing, and job search support. Exploration of future occupational choices and adjusting to retirement.

College Planning

Assistance with selecting college majors and higher education environments that match personality traits and future goals. Exploring Naviance and Common App during college application process.
