Licensed School Social Worker

Hayley earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University with a specialty in School Social Work. She is currently working toward her independent license.

Prior to coming to Winston Consulting & Counseling, Hayley was a Child Welfare Caseworker at Franklin County Children Services working with children and families advocating for safety, permanency, and well-being for every child. Hayley also has experience working alongside School Social Workers where she provided mental health services for elementary and middle school students.

Her goal is to create a safe space where students can express themselves and develop healthy coping skills.

In her free time, Hayley enjoys Ohio State and Cleveland Browns football. She also enjoys self-care activities such as reading, yoga, and walks. She loves spending time with her husband and daughter.
